The Democratic Party of Romanians in Belgium (PDRB) is a political initiative born from the urgent need for authentic representation of the Romanian community in public life in Belgium. In a context in which Romanians form one of the most numerous and active diaspora communities, but often remain invisible in the decision-making process, PDRB aims to build a collective, dignified and involved voice.
Our mission is clear: to offer Romanians in Belgium a framework through which they can actively participate in democratic life, influence local decisions and make their values, aspirations and concerns heard. We believe in unity, transparency, justice and real, not just symbolic, involvement.
We are an open team made up of motivated people, connected to the real needs of the diaspora and oriented towards constructive solutions. We rely on dialogue, collaboration and the strength of the community to build a more equitable future for all. At the center of our actions is the citizen: the integrated, hard-working, visible, involved and proud Romanian of his roots.
PDRB is more than a party: it is a democratic movement, a bridge between Romanian values and Belgian realities, a political project for a united and active diaspora. We aim to build, step by step, a solid presence in local administration, starting with the city of Roeselare and expanding wherever Romanians want to be represented with respect and professionalism.
